![]() ![]() Normally I'd just use the show message event command, but I need to use a JS switch case for this one implementation. I've been able to figure out how to force an empty message box to appear with a name box, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to get a name box with the message inside of it from a script call. $gameMessage.add("textytext") is the usual way I've found to add text, however, this script call does not appear to get parsed through Yanfly's Message Core. However, I cannot get the message box to parse the \n in order to display the name box. I'm using Yanfly's Message Core for RMMV, and I have a common event where I'm using a JS switch case in order to not have literally hundreds of conditional branches. If that doesn't fix it, then like Dinurs said, double-check you have the latest plugin versions. ![]() I'm pretty sure the SRD plugin can then go at the bottom of the list with no problems.
